RCH is a country-wide problem and therefore the government has launched extensive interventions like the Reproductive and Child Health program and the National Rural Health Mission to deal with it. CCF -India's National Priority Program of RCH aims to complement government programs bystrenthening the outreach and effectiveness rather than to create a parallel service delivery system.
