I had filed for unemployment and elected not to have the Federal ant State taxes taken out of my checks. Does that mean I will have to pay the taxes at the end of the year since I'm not doing it now?

In california my mom had filed for unemployment she did the same thing you did and they didn't take it out at the end of the year.
