Curb machine that will do subdivision streets and gof cart paths for paver block

Hello, We are going to use paver blocks for our streets and golf cart paths. We need a machine that can do both. Streets will have curbs about 12 to 16in wide, 4 to 6in thick, cart paths will be 10 to 12in wide and about 4 in thick. We will be using a concrete truck to load on the streets and wheel barrows to load on the cart paths. Lots of work to do so we need a good machine that is durable. All recommendations will be very gladly accepted. Please advise and help. Thanks
