Great places to eat and shop--is Hongkong famous for anything else?the answer is an emphatic yes!Hongkong certainly has excellent Chinese cuisine and shopping malls.but there is more to this chinese metropolis, even if you only have a few days to explore.

I really want to visit Hongkong though I've never been there before.
In my viewpoint,Hongkong is a energetic and attracting place. Some of my friends who have been Hongkong told me that the city is the best city they had been to.
I think I'll fall in love with it,with its life style, with its fashion and with its people....

Yes, I agree. I have been to Hongkong twice on tour and I have practically visited all the beautiful tourist spots there. On our second tour, we have witnessed the fireworks displayed during the Chinese New Year.
During our first visit, we stayed for about seven days and we almost saw all the places because transporation is not a problem, fare is not expensive, no traffic jams, etc.
We have gone to Lantau Island where the biggest Buddha is constructed on top of a very high mountain, we have gone to the Ocean Park riding on the cable care and we also rode on the roller coaster. I couldn't forget my experiences in Hongkong.

There is nothing more to explore about Hong Kong beyond shopping and trying their excellent cuisine if you just stay there a few days. Staying beyond those touring days, you will only experience the same kind of lifestyle you have back home. People go to work, go home, eat, watch tv, tend to their individual preoccupations and just mind their own business. It's just that you get immersed to their culture and have the tendency to compare it with yours.
