I am in an exercise science major and I take pride in my physique and staying very healthy. I choose to take a multi-vitamin although they are not absorbed 100% (nothing is). I have a better overall sense of being and feel like it helps me in my endurance, strength, vascularity, and as previously mentioned...better well being. Do you take a multi-vitamin? If so why? If not then why?
