Question - If we are all on cctv cameras all day long then how come the crime  | |  rates are not falling?? We are all being 'watched' so why don't they use this 'watching' to solve crime or at least to help in some way? If a satellite can be used to pinpoint people or places then why does it not get used to help us as individuals or as a community?

Putting CCTV in inner city areas, would cost too them much money, and they would get no return! Or am I being too cynical again?
