Vegetarian v. Non-vegetarian

i am a pure vegetarian from birth. i am a vegetarian because my religion tells me to be one.

Not quite a vegetarian but trying to avoid meat which is hard. I avoid meat because it stays up to 72 hours in our digestive system and so it makes me fat easily. I do eat meat once in a while like twice a month or when I visit a friend who served meat. It's just polite to do so.
