HEEL SURGERY

I've not had the surgery but I'm skeptical about it. I read hat it really doesn't help that much and it takes a very long time to heal. I have at times a great deal of pain but the secret to less pain is wearing good arch support when walking and streching those muscles each day. I would not look forward to ever haing this done at all. Sorry if this isn't the response you wanted.

My sister's neighbor had bone spur surgery and had to wear one of those "boots" on her foot for about 6-8 weeks before she could wear regular shoes again. But she's very glad she had the surgery done.
