Man gives his pregnant girlfriend abortion-pill in food

I agree with you that he should spend a LOT of time in jail for this. What a selfish, self-centered, and dangerous thing to do. He could have killed the baby (which was his intention), but who knows what those pills could have done to his girlfriend? Hormones are nothing to mess around with, especially since I'm sure he had no idea what he was giving her or at what dose. Imagine if she had suffered a blood clot resulting in s stroke? This is horrifying. I agree that abortion should be a choice available to the mother, but this is totally wrong. This could be considered to be attempted murder for the baby, and there should be some charges for the harm to the mom, as well. Wouldn't it make more sense for him to just be a selfish scum-bag and leave her? What makes him think that this was his decision to make?

This is terrible. If he is so against pregnency they should make sure it before hand. And aslo they could talk temself if they can go for abortion, then decide what to do. How can be someone so cruel. She must be going through a very panic situation.

Aww this is sad. Why didn't he just tell her that he didn't want the child? why didn't they protect themselves better? now look at him, he will definitely do some time for this i think for sure.

Thats really sad!! I wish d man is really pumished for that. Costing one's life fos d sake of career is a sin. He should be punished. I dont support abortion coz I feel that if u r pregnant by will or by mistake wats d mistake of that child ? He doesn't deserve abortion. it not only costs baby's life but sometimes mother's life as well. But thanx to GOD here , this lady managed to save her child!!

That is absurd and morally wrong and i for one am glad that he has to face his penalty for this. The poor lady i am glad that the baby survived and is ok!! I hope he gets what he deserves for this!!

It is a stupid think he did that. First of all you can not control the life of somebody no matter who is that somebody. Then is he made love to her he assumed a responsibility and he should take it to the end. It's sad people in our day are using abortion because is just like killing a person. Killing a life that was given from God no matter if that life is wished or not.

this is really very bad deed done by her boy friend to the poor gf, he should have said the matter that he doesnt want to be dad so early to her directly and proceed for abortion but instead of telling what he has in mind but secretly giving pills i feel is highly punishable,so i agree with you marie that he should be put behind the bars but the i think he loves her gf most,so he shall not put behind the bars for long..

well really he did a brutal thing and he must be punished for that....but one reason for doing so can be ignorance or unawareness.its his fault of course...even if he wanted to force abortion he should have consider the girls life

Do you have a link to a news page with this story? I'd be very interested to read it! Abortion needs to be the choice of the woman and no one else. What he did was horribly wrong! Its a good thing that he confessed and she was able to get proper medical treatment and that the baby survived. I wonder what the exact laws are on this, I'm not familiar with Swedish laws.
