I have a vision..that a lot of poor people including myslef can get out of poverty with little money.. i want to start an cooperative type business.. where part of the money is invested in solid private programs i am a member of..that is one of them i asm waiting for a whopping payment..and part of the money is invested in real estate..and eventuslly ad we go along in viable running business..including fair trade.. the shares or units would be a minimum of 25 dollars which i think everyone can scrape together.. and they can buy more units as they go along..or buy in bulk according to their pocket.. i wpuld pay a dividend on part of the earnings every three months to the members and once a year a larger portion of the profits.. there will be a reserve fund in place for any mishaps and i would only allow membership to grow in pace with the growth of investment.. alot of people will remember pips..it offered an roi of 2 ooercent a day..but loads of people were joining but he wasn't producing the income to generate that kind of return.. i estimate a 15 percent roi in three months non compounding..it would be a flat rate realistic return..andf the money will be used to dund real estate purchase which YOU and i the investors would be shareholders of.. i am looking to medium..long term growth..not get rich quick and take everyone;s dosh...i have been burnt and i know the weakness of the scammers..they are greedy and don;t look long term.. many of us don't hsve pensions in place and i am looking to mget my members comfortable within a five year plan..and hopefully by then the business will be booming.. only with careful planning and having it as a private club..bringing in members slowly as we can handle it..and re introducing new members whith each phase of growth so we can offer the members a decent return on their investment..better much better than the banks.. what do you think and your ideas would be beneficial.. i am very serious and by the end of the week i will know as my husbnd promised to help me build the website and everything as he is techno king..i am ideas queen lol..
