Have you seen yourself sleeping?

I used to have this weird dream, lately found out that it's called "astral projection", that I occasionally find myself walking around the house while my body is fast asleep. ANd I know what everyone is doing.

Like an astral projection? I think i have.. or maybe that was a dream too. i saw myself sleeping, beside me was my mom.. i sleep with my mom in the same room at times. It was weird though when i see myself sleeping like that.. i feel i am really sleeping and is dreaming inside the dream. in that dream i even saw myself wake up to pee... that's a moment after i actually woke up... and then i felt like how come i am in bed... i already woke up to pee... really really weird watching yourself.
