No doubt Luongo is great, no doubt that they're a good team, but if they couldn't win in 2004, I don't know how they'll do it this year.

True that in 2004, they had the Bertuzzi incident to deal with, AND ran into a Hot Calgary Flames team which ended their season early, but I think it'll be Anaheim and Buffalo in the finals. Before the Season started I didn't know whether it would be the Sabres or Senators, but I think I picked the right one.

I hope I am wrong though. I hope the Western Team being a Canadian team continues, in fact I hope it starts in the East. We need to keep our Cup - it's been too long.

I was not impressed with this team at the being of the season thought they paid too much for a good goalie and gave up too many good players for so so players, but as a fan since I can remember I belived in them. Luongo has saved this team more times than I can remember this season he has made it very exciting to watch if the team can pull out a win like they did last night for the backup goalie and the other teams like Calgary and Ducks keep looseing skid going I think come playoff time the whole team will rise to the challenge and bring the cup Here. I fear if they do not do it this year and make a playoff run then they are gonna have to enter in to a rebuilding year or two and bring some of the talent that is in Manitoba to play or use to sweeten a deal to get top forwards and a defense man. I think it is going to come down to Van vs Det in the west adn NJ vs Pitt. When Van is playin for the cup I hope it is against Pitt, really like watching Crosby play would be nice to see a few games of him playing a western team.
