Do you take energy pills or liquids?

What do you take and why do you feel you need them? What do these pills/liquids do for you? Have you actually noticed a difference since taking them?

i used to, when i was reviewing for my exams. i thought it would give me the energy i needed, but i guess, the effect was more of psychological. i stopped taking them when i began to feel tremors in my hands.
