Peace of mind is of utmost importance to me because your energy level, health, temper all depends on the state of mind. But most of the time peace of mind is taken for granted. More importance is given to status, fame and wealth.A person who has wealth and name but no peace of mind will certianly know the value of peace of mind.

I agree. Peace of mind is very important in a person's life. We have a very positive view of life when we look at it with a peaceful mind. We can make right decisions when we are not troubled mentally and it affects many aspects of our existence. If peace of mind can only be bought with money, it will be a saleable commodity.

Hi 220870! Welcome To myLot!
When someone is wealthy and don't have peace of mind and always worries because of the things that might happen to him because of that wealth that is not a healthy practice of living and that can lead to stress and failure of health.
Indeed it is much better to be poor and contented with what you achieve in your life and live a simple life with simple needs and you have a piece of mind and that can't be barter to any wealth in this world.
I prefer to have peace of mind and live a simple rather than to be wealthy who always worries anything and everything.

Peace of mind is a sense of tranquility, a sense of reassurance. Peace of mind is what I want to offer my family. That's why I work my heart out so that they wouldn't have to worry about financial matters ever again. And when they don't have to worry about financial matters, that's what gives me a peace of mind. My family has been through a lot of hardships.
