Need information on Prepaid Legal Services.. anyone do this???

Please do not respond if you do not know. I am wondering if anyone has any experience with those prepaid legal services places.. Are they worth it? Do they really represent you in court on your legal matters or do they just refer you to places or give you advice? are there any other fee's besides your monthy cost? I am curious if they are really good and represent you when you need them.. it would be nice if so.. I dont want to start this service until I hear from people who have used them. so any information you can give would be appreciated. Thank you.

Usually, it's hard not to come by a free consultation with attorneys anymore. I recommend you may want to call a Legal Aid hotline in your state to ask more advice on this. They could probably help you.

If you have a lot of legal needs it could be a bargain but regular people would be hard pressed to use the services to the price of the deal

I am a Prepaid Legal Assoicate. But since I live in Alaska the only service we get here is the Identity Theft protection. Yes the company is great. I have seen and heard great testimonies. I can't copy and paste the story cause mylot.com says my rating is not 500 or more. but if you want my info about this great business that's been around since 1972. write me a message on mylot.com profile with what state your in and I could get you a phone number and persons name reply back to you for you to call to get more info if you are truely wanting to know more about this business. What do you say??

I have heard their speil and I dont think there is value in the amount they give or get in that they wouldnt sell so hard if it was a good buy. Kind of like time shares.

HI,If you are talking about Legel Aid it is free I went through them to file for a divorce and I got it I did not have to pay them anything and My attorny was in the court room with me I hope that this helps
