Hello. i just wanted to let you know about a new website i found that has great and Positive info on PCOS and how to live a happy life even tho you have it. its called www.pcoscoach.com i also bought the book from the site and i cant put it down. on top of that she talks about a low gi diet i guess you would call it call the new revolution or something and they have one for pcos i found it on ebay. i havent recieved it yet but when i do ill let you know. please let me know if you know of any other great sites. thank you!
