a great website for PCOS

I just wanted to let everyone know about a great website that i found called www.pcoscoach.com its for women who have PCOS or think that they might have it. its the first positive website that i have found telling you what PCOS entails and also how to live agreat life even with PCOS. I also bought the book that was offered on the site and i cant put it down. on top of that she talks about a low GI diet on the site called new revolution and they have one specifically for PCOS. I odered it from ebay but havent gotten it yet. ill let you know how it is. please let me know of any othersites that you know of that are good. thank you!
