What era is your "flashback" era?  

the boyband and girlband era!!!!i know every album and song of the backstreet boys, spice girls, n'sync, boyzone, 911, five, take 5, solid harmonie, and many many more. this is in the late 90's and early 2000. there's a new boyband that pops out every other week but sadly most of them are one-hit wonders.

Oh the 70's Motown's my favorite. When I listen to it now I just go back in time and it feels so good. Wish I could jump back there. +

Oh I dunno whether I should reveal this as you will know my age then! Oh yeah it's already on my profile lol! Mine is the 80's Madonna, Erasure, Kajagoogoo, Culture Club to name but a few! Just thinking about the 80's makes me smile, brings back some great memories and some real cringeworthy ones too when I remember how we used to dress!!

Late 80's early 90's, criss cross, boys to men, salt n peppa, lol just to name a few. Oh dear. my husband still listens to some of those old rap groups. i just laugh while he raps along with them, TOO FUNNY

My flashback era has to be the 1980s. I was age 9 when that decade started and was age 19 at the very end of 1989.

Duran Duran, Wham, Culture Club, Kajagoogoo, Madonna, ABC, Nik Kershaw, Howard Jones. To name a few bands and singers which I liked during the 1980s. I have just realised I forgot to mention the Human League as well.

Mine would have to be the 70's! Hall and Oates, Chicago, , Don McClean, Little River Band, Jim Croce, Elton John, Billy Joel, Cat Stevens...the list goes on!! Time to go turn on Sirius and listen to some of these great artists! Thanks for the trip down memory lane!

Mine would have to be the same. I grew up listing to the musics of the 70's and 80's. A few things from before that but for the most part the groups I listen to are from that time. I listen to a lot of them when ever I get the chance. They are still my favorites.

Actually I am more a 60's and 70'skidn of person, but I also love 50's and big band.

So I am all over theplace.

It is funny you should ask this, Iwas looking at the time-life collection the other day and realized that I stopped really buying a lot of the current music about 1986. Which is the year my son was born, mmm. I guess that just goes to show, kids really do make you feel old.

Sometime after that was when I ralized how out of touch with the current music I was. And him, he loves that country western stuff - yuck.

I'm definitely a child of the 80's. Thats when I really started to get into music...loved all the synth stuff (still do)like Gary Numan, Ultravox, Human League, Visage etc. The fashions left a little bit to be desired mind you...a little bit too much pastel for my liking.

I grew up listening to jim corce and kitty wells , yes they were both in my home ...I personally like the songs of the sixties ..they are fast and up beat ... I am a country fan and flashback for me is redneck girl by bellamy brother s...favorite song to dance to at the bars ...lol way back when ...those we good times
