The Guts to say "You are Wrong"

Some women fear confrontation, specially if it is a man or someone with authority that you have to deal with. My life was a lot of confrontation. I dare speak the truth even it is a fight or flight. I made many confrontation with my boss, family members. Sometimes I regret having the courage to tell them that they are wrong. Most often they will hate you. Many would not like to face their error. They rather want to be praised and appreciated. The ego - a wrong self image is better than telling them they should face a new direction. What you sow is what you reap. It is wrong to always find reason for argument. It seems I later would think I have been critical about them . They themselves have to face the consequence of their wrong doing. I think I should not give them a bad face.???
