Do u think work mate can be a good friend? I don't think so,because of duty if battlefield,two people needs to guard against each other right away like elephant enemy,just now,have a military exploit to may display mainly self,standing on down

Why not? It depends on understanding you strike with your workmate and whether she/he also likes you. Normally that other person would have struck some understanding with you with regard to handling of work together at office/factory. To become friends, it has to go little further.
