My dog barks at absolutely anything, whats wrong with her? How do I stop her?  

Barking is a phenomenon which can by easily controlled by giving the dog plenty of exercise.
Make your dog play fetch for 30 - 45 minutes daily, apart from regular walks. There would be a great improvement in its temperament.
I had a similar problem with my dog, so based on my experience i have given you the tip.

Else yes, I think dog training ... please don't get those electrifying collar things or ultrasounds crap, that is so not fair for our little friends!

I would suggest trying a no-bark collar that uses a canister of citronella as a deterrant. Rather than using an electric shock it sprays a burst of citronella at the dogs head when the dog barks. It is completely not harmful to the dog, but is rather unpleasant so they learn to associate barking with an unpleasant smell and sensation.
The ones which use an electric shock also work well too, but many people do not want to shock their dog.

She is adorable, but Collies are working dogs, and at their happiest while busy, they have to have chores to do. Maybe you could start training her for certain things, heaps of play and exercise. Maybe try and catch her before she starts barking (if you can - man next door going to work)keep her busy, if she dosnt bark, give heaps of praise, if she does, a deep NO just try and keep her occupied but this routine should only take about a week if you are constant with her.

Yep, she's bored. Have you tried training her to play flyball? That's a great workout that many herding breeds love. One of our shelties used to be a terrible barker. We finally figured out that he had a dominance problem, which is why he wouldn't listen to us when we told him not to bark. For the past few months, we've been very stern with him about staying on his blanket and not barking when someone comes to the door. Our sheltie puppy is also showing a propensity to bark, but she is much younger, so we are still trying to tire her out, along with training.
Sorry I rambled a bit. Basically, your dog needs a job to do. She has decided that it's her job to chase people away from your home and to boss you and your family around. my rottie barks constantly too. lucky our nearest neighbor is about 3 miles down the road. he drives me nuts it is just constant we have tried everything. shock collars and everything. vet told us to get a spray bottle with water in it and spray him with water every time he barks well he thought that was fun and would snap at the water and bark more.

dogs are pack animals, and you, as owner are leader of the pack. If your dog feels you are being threatened it will bark to either alert you to a problem or to ward off the threat

It pretty common in some types of dogs. You have to correct them when they are still a puppy. If he or she is full grown theres nothing you can do about it now. sorry

You didn't train her properly. Dogs are taught what to bark at wether intentionaly or unintentialy. If you don't disipline them when they bark at nonsense they'll bark at any and everything for the rest of their lives. Good luck

i find it funny when dogs bark at nothing, my puppy barks at her own reflection XD its so funny she thinks theres another dog in the house and chases after the reflection to get it outta the house XD funny stuff!
