what are the consequences in a case dealing with Washington County Florida and Bay county Florida. Case being a guy gets a marijuana charge of possession of canibis less than 20 grams and gets two in Bay County for the same thing? what kind of consequences can 3 misdemeanors in two different counties in one month?

The maxium sentence is one year in prision in a county jail. So if someone faced charges in different counties they would have to serve out each sentence at a different county jail.
