FOLEY CHINA IN "TONGA" DESIGN

I have a boxed set of three tiny candle holders (to hold taper candles), white with black ferny leaf design, each holder approx 2" dia. Box originally held three white tapers to go with them. (Ideal for 1960's dinner table). Paper label on end of box is handwritten "TONGA" - anybody know anything more about the design or date of manufacture or rest of range ?
