I remember the movie "Meet the Parents" wherein Ben Stiller is being ostracized because he is a nurse. I think males can be great nurses too. What are your thoughts regarding this?

Males can make just as good nurses as females can. Nursing is one field that is prodominately women, but that doesn't mean that men shouldn't go into it if they are interested.

I think men are able nurses too. That is why I think the "Meet the Parents" movie was quite offending to male nurses because it made them a butt of jokes there. I feel that it is the capacity of the person to do the job is what's important in any job. Plus his or her dedication for it.

Sure, males can make great nurses. I think women are considered as being more nurturing and that is why the field is female-dominated. Guys can be nurturing too. Some men may feel the stigma of being in a female-dominated career and choose not to pursue it, unfortunately.

I've known many males who make wonderful nurses. There is no reason why they can't be. I know many when they think of a nurse they think female but there shouldn't be a limitation on a job just because of gender. Women scream often how they should be allowed to work in jobs that have always been predominatly male why can't the reverse happen?
I have not see the movie "Meet the Parents" but by the sound of it I wouldn't want to.
