no matter what i do. i only get to sleep 2 hours a day and somehow it is enough. sometimes i would go for days with just a few minutes of sleep.
i don't feel sleepy or tired, but my back sure aches a lot.
why don't you try to exercise. body will be tired and you might get some sleep because of that.
also try to make your sleeping habits normal. make sure you sleep at just hte right time. not too late and not to early. and then eat healthy food.
i just started doing this, my body hasn't adjusted to the change. hopefully it works for me too and i get to sleep more. good luck to you.

I run a daycare and am running all the time, I think that should be enough exercise to get me tired. And when I turn in for the night, I'm tired no doubt, I make sure the kids are eating balance meals during the day, so I am doing the same. I just can't get my mind to wind down, and once I do, I just can't stay asleep.

I totally have this problem. I am always exhausted because of it. I am afraid to try sleeping medication because I don't want to get addicted and I have to be able to wake up if one of my kids do. I have tried tylenol pm and it works pretty well to help me fall asleep faster. I just make sure not to use it all the time.

I do, the usual sleeping time for me is around 1 AM, but there are days that it's as late as 3AM.
If I want to got to bed early and sleep I don't open the TV. I read a not so good book so it will doze me off..

I have the same problem. I lie in bed, willing myself to sleep and after several hours, I'm still far from dozing off. I've tried reading, My eyes just turn watery from reading under dim lights, but sleep is still elusive. I consulted with my doctor, and she advised me to take a warm shower before going to bed. I usually take a dip before sleeping, but I don't bother heating the water. It worked for me. As soon as my body hits the bed, I fall asleep in a matter of minutes.
