Body Scrubs

Have you tried getting a body scrub from a spa? My mom has and it seems really nice, I was with her when she had one done. I didn't want one then and can't afford it on my own, but I see a lot of different types right now like coffee chocolate, milk, whitening body scrubs. What have you tried and is it really effective? They say coffee scrubs slim and energize... I do have my own I can use at home but it's only dead sea salt scrub. Share your experience please.

i had a body scrub before and they used chocolate. it actually smelled nice and i need to control myself from eating the chocolate that covers me lolz.. i think it'll also gonna be a long while before i go back there. as you said going to spas are kinda costly. :)
