I find that into my third of forth week of a diet I begin to crave all the bad stuff. I try to find diet foods that taste good but sometimes it is difficult. So far I like low cal yoghurt with fruit. Diet pop even though I know it is bad for me Tea with stevia Plain popcorn Anybody know of diet treats that don't make you fat?
