| |  well you need a 134 cm snowboard. that is the minimum, but it can go up to 145 cm. the best boards are f2, at least in my opinion. the boots must be you size, they must be tight and above the ankle. be carefull! have fun

| |  Your board should touch you between your chest and your nose, depending on what you want to do.
If you want freestyle go for one smaller if you want onlye for the descent go for one bigger.
