What is your favorite classic black and white movie. Mine is The Song Of Bernadette I'm not much in to old classical' s but I love this movie. It is a true story about when St. Bernadette saw the Blessed Virgin Mary in Lourdes. I cry every time I watch it. What are your favorite classics?

Oh you know what set I love. Well ok...it was my best friends favorite but she's rubbed off on me. Pollyanna. Now I can't even remember if she was in Black n White or not. But I love classic films. They're so interesting and exciting and always full of fun! It's also fun to watch old silent films. I don't have any favorites as I don't get to see very many but they're so interesting. Amazing how our world has evolved with film. Imagine what our children will see!

I love most of the classic black black and white movies. I have the whole Alfred Hitchcock collection, but my most favourite is Emily Bronte's 'Wuthering Heights'. I have watched the old and the new versions of it, and I still shed a few tears whenever I watch it.

Well first of all my applauds 4 starting such nice topic.I also like to tell that I do like the movie that U chose as your fav. But sorry to disagree coz 4 me the all time fav black and white is ON THE WATERFRONT. This is one awesome movie. Man Marlon brando is ,simply speaking ,Out of this world in this classic. The raw sensuality that he oozes in this portrayal is amazing. The scenes are captured in such a way that it leave you breathless . The Docks are almost like a character in the movie and it gives such a grim and dark look that one simply gets goosebumps. Its a must see 4 all movie buffs.
