Here is something which will start your diet with style.......

This is very quick and easy and
can be on your plate in less than
fifteen minutes.

Ingredients

7 Cherry Tomatoes
Two Handfuls of Pasta
Fresh Basil Leaves
Garlic Granules

Actions

1. Put the Pasta in a pan of boiling
hot water and leave to cook for
twelve minutes.
2. Chop the Tomatoes in half.
3. Tear the Basil leaves
4. Rinse the Pasta in cold water
when cooked and add the
Tomatoes and Basil.
5. Sprinkle lightly with Garlic
granules to taste.

Try alternative pasta e.g. spinach
for a change. Low in calories and
fat this meal is ideal for your diet.

this sounds really good.an you are makeing me hungry.i will have to try this i love pasta an thanks for saying this is was a low calories. i need something new for my diet.thanks
