Am I an under achiever - Tell me about you

Last spring, I got a new TV. It is a 30 inch TV. I told Mom I got a big one. When I told her 30 inch - she laughed theyhave a 50+ one
Sister - has at least 5 TVs - biggest is 40+ inches
Brother 1 - has 40+ inches on his big TV
Brother 2 - have 50+ inches on this big TV.
Like I said I have 30 inch, an 18 yr old 27 inch and a 13 inch. No Plama, no LCD nothing fancy.
Tell me about the TVs you have.
Are you happy about having to go to digital TV?

We have a 11 1/2 " by 8 " screen. It is big enough for us. Not sure why anyone would want anything much bigger.
You have what you like and can use and that is find a dandy. Don't play keeping up with the Jones's even if you are related. Be happy at least you have one.

Unfortunately - the government is shoving digital down our throats.
Pretty soon are old antiquated TVs will need a cable box because the old signal is going away.

Not being much of an electronics freak I could care less if my tv is state of the art, digital, big screen, plasma or anything else. I have a little tv in my room, not even sure of the size but if I were to guess I'd say maybe 18".. do they make that size? LOL My biggest is only 28" and so old that you HAVE to use the remote to turn it off and on as the buttons have long since collapsed into the tv front! LOL

You are lucky, your tv lived long enough to get old, from what I hear, the new TVs pretty much die out in about 4 or 5 years, if they last that long.
I think it is a shame that the government is mandating the digital signal, they have more important things they should be concerned with.
