how to forget ex-bf?

The best thing to do is to try obsessing about something else.. maybe a hobby or other friends. You can try new activities, anything that is a new stimulation.. so that you can get pleasure from that, and forget yer ex. That or meet someone new, that always works...

The best thing you can do is keep yourself busy and focus our attention on something else. It really is hard to forget someone whom you used to be with, but it will be harder for you if you keep on remembering him no matter what you do.=) Go out with friends. Try a new sport. Read a novel. Those things will keep you away from those sad thoughts.=)

It will take a time to forget him. You will never forget him completely but some day you will accept it. You need to grieve for a while. It took me over a year to completely get over my boyfriend. He will always be in my heart and I do have lots of good memories.
