looking for the best college of b pharmacy

i have done 12&know i m looking for the best college of b pharmacy in india.i have given an enterance examof b pharma colleges of haryana & have got 83 rank i have to select from three universities 1.kurukshetra2.md university,rohtak&3.hisar university.Can you please suggest out of three .Or if you know abt other top college of pharmacy please let me know. thanx
