You can get crusts premade or make your own. Always put your pizza in a hot oven or around 400* or 450*. Watch when the cheese bubbles and browns, and it is ready. Here is a lovely one to put on a thin crust: 4 ox. pepperoni, 12 cup grated parmesan cheese, 2 cups grated mozzerella cheese, 1/2 cup diced green pepper, 1/2 cup diced onion, and 1/2 cup of fresh mushrooms sliced.

We make pizza on the grill outside in the good weather. We use the frozen pizza dough and stretch out pizzas about 8 or so inches across. Brush with olive oil and place oiled side down on the grill. Now bruch the the other side with oil. When the bottom is lightly browned flip it over. Add desired toppings and sauce, close the grill until the other side is browned and the cheese is melted. We love them it's really easy to make them .

Have you ever tried making your pizza on a stone in the oven. I purchased one from Pampered Chef and I love how the crust bakes up.
