1. AmbiePam (15458) | 3 years ago | Well, it wasn't the scariest to me, but when I watched "Scream", the first one, my sister was too freaked out to go home by herself. I got a kick out of that. Yeah, I know, I shouldn't have.: (
As for my scariest movie, at least to me? It would be "The Birds" directed by Albert Hitchcock. I know it didn't have the thrills movies now days has, it was so real and possible looking, that it freaked me out.

2. thowell (2771) | 3 years ago | I myself now, I do not watch horror movies.....due to what I believe they do to your mind...But in the past....The first one that scared the crap out of me is "the fog", then there was freddy!! but now.......none. I stopped watching them, and I will not allow them in my house!

lani0529 (1037) | 3 years ago | Horror movies do create fear within you. I don't believe anything the movie represents that's why after watching we just forget all about it. We just wanted a little thrill and scream. But, for those little kids, we don't allow them to watch because they are still young and get scared easily. It can even cause trauma to some. I understand your concern. Thanks for reminding me.(",)

3. erique (404) | 3 years ago | yeah the shutter is good movie, but i almost think the best is the Ring (japanese version), if you have watching the ring in japanese version, you gonna say it's the best.
| |
| |
|
|
AmbiePam (15458) | 3 years ago | I should try the Japanese version, because the American version of The Ring wasn't scary to me.
| |
|
|
lani0529 (1037) | 3 years ago | I'm not that scared when I watched "The ring", American version. I didn't know that there is a japanese version. I haven't watch it yet. Thanks, I might get a copy of it.(",)

4. brew2x (1461) | 3 years ago | The scariest movie for me would be "The Exorcist". I've seen this movie first when I was a kid, I still remember it until I grew older. I actually already forgot the title until I saw it again but I haven't forgotten the scary scenes.

| |
|
|
lani0529 (1037) | 3 years ago | I've seen all of the the "exorcist" movies. The last one was the "exorcism of Emily Rose". I did scream a few times. When I watched i again, it didn't scare me anymore.(",)

5. stibigirl (210) | 3 years ago | The movie that scared me the most and actually disturbed my sleep was Psycho, the original directed by Alfred Hitchcock. The scene at the end in the house was not what I was expecting. I happend to get lucky (or so I thought) that I was seeing a showing at an art cinema, so it was a big screen, needless to say I jumped out of my seat literally, I was just not ready for the impact of the scene.

8. sechsey (1118) | 3 years ago | Lots of the Asian horror films are doing pretty good. I prefer watching them than the english ones lately because they are pretty scary. English horror movies nowadays arent the same as those classics anymore. I do remember Psycho when i was younger, Elm Street and Halloween and lol yeah Evil Dead. Am i right that Evil Dead was the one of the chinese zombie where you can make them stop walking with a red paper on their forehead? yeah comical horror . But as far as i remember that was good too:)

lani0529 (1037) | 3 years ago | True enough! We are into Japanese and Korean horror movies. They are alot more scarier than American ones. Most American horror movies are also gross and full of blood to scare the viewers but Asian ones are not but, still they scare you the most. Evil Dead is not really scary, infact, its a ridiculous movie.heheh(",)
