Playing Cards is a good hobby Big bets becomes Gambling?

If the bets is small I joined. Some spent all day playing cards. Here we call it Tong Its or Russian Poker. Even people in poor areas seeking for some gain.

in some case it will be a good way to relax by talking and sharing the things. if we are playing for money in some cases it will be a gambling
