What triggers your Adrenaline?

While working ina group on a project, I found something that triggered me to perform well, I am sure, that it was the enthusiam of the project mates. It has always been so with me. In my previous project and team-mates I found nothing like that, even though I tried to inculcate it with them, it went cold. Now let me know from you, as to what triggers your adrenaline?
