i have a situation here and i would like to ask your opinion if it happens to you..its like this..a shopper underestimated the total cost of her groceries..when the cashier added up the items, the woman was 4 dollars short..then something unusual happened..the man behind her in the checkout lane saw her digging on her purse and motioned the clerk to put the amount to his bill..he modestly refused to give this woman his name...would you be willing also to help the woman? if yes , why? and no why also??

to be honest i would reallylike to help if ive got enough money in my pocket but if i dont have thenim really sorry then i cant...

hi!. i think that if it happens to me then i will help the person if i have something to offer or if i am able to help. if in case i have a lot of money in hand or have some extra cash then i will help that woman.. its a nice feeling to be able to help out when someone is in need and it would be painful to see the look of embarrasment or disappointment in the face of the woman.. it would be nice to be rewarded with a smile and a thank you.
if in case i didnt have extra casg then i cant do anything, i think the least i can do is shield her while she is rummagind through her purse so that only a few people will be able to see her doing that to lessen the embarrasment she might feel.

This is one of those things that will depend on circumstances. Sometimes I would and sometimes not, if I had the money, and truly thought they needed the help then I would. It also depends on what they were buying - all staple groceries then yes, but possibly if there were a lot of expensive stuff or luxury items then I wouldn't.

Well, I will help the woman as long as I have enough money to accommodate it. In the first place, it is not that big. It will not make me poorer if I decided to give some penny to her.Aside from that, it is a good feeling if you are able to help someone whom you know really needs it. You are not only helping others but you are also gaining good deeds that will be paid off by others in the future. Give and you shall receive, more than hundred folds of it. So why hesitate right? Helping others, may it be financial or not, is a very educated and morally upright act. It is something that one may consider a blessing because you are able to share what you have received through those little acts. It may seem little but to those person whom you give some help, it is a really big thing. It is same as saving their life.
