Beef Stew in a Crock Pot  | |  I boil the beef first with some ginger and discard the impurities. Then I cut it into desired peices. Place it in the crock with some water and beef cube for 4 hrs. By that time the beef is soft and chewy. I will transfer it to the stove and boil it with some potatoes another 15 min. and cabbage last thing and put off the fire.

Celery
Onions
Carrots (chopped)
Beef broth or Water
Corn starch (to thicken mixed with a small amount of water)
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder
Put all these ingredients in your crockpot and let it cook for 8 hours.
