i cant turn off my celphone/mobile phone. my friends say im addicted to it.

No friend. I do not think this actually a case of serious addiction. It's actually the concern that you have, that makes you so curious and alert. You don't want to miss any call ar message, while you are even asleep. That is not bad at all. I too never switch off my mobile phone. The same reason here. I think, if I switch it off, and then any sudden important call or message comes, and I cannot receive it, then what's the use of having a cellphone? Why don't think in this way, that most people have a landphone, but they never give it a thought to switch it off. Do not be afraid, and keep an receiving calls and messages at any time of the day, unless you yourself feel the need to switch it off.
