Life is so short... and to feel the meaning of life, one must live every moment to the fullest. I realized this a few months ago when God finally gave me the chance to feel happiness in my life.
So what is happiness all about, anyway? It's the feeling of contentment. It's having what you asked for in life, AND appreciating the fact that God has given it to you. Life will NEVER be perfect, as anyone would definitely wish for it to be. There will always be ups and downs, highs and lows. But when you pray for something and it is granted
to you, the thing is to FEEL IT...TO ENJOY IT...TO APPRECIATE IT. There may be challenges that come along with it, but what the heck... you got what you asked for, right?My own life has never been perfect. I've been through a whole lot. But God has kept me on my toes all the time. The changes that occurred in my life in 2006 were marvelous.. unexpected and unforseen. I suddenly realized that God has been around me all the time, listening and hearing everything I prayed for! Gosh...so many people in the whole wide world praying to Him, and here He was listening to me and answering MY prayer! How lucky can one get? I definitely cannot ask for anything more.
Today, I live each moment ever grateful for absolutely all the things I already have in my life. Yes, there may be trials and challenges attached to every answered prayer, but I do accept them all and am willing to face each and every one of them, for I know that God is always around, listening, watching and guiding me in everything I do.
Thank You for everything... I am truly grateful for this life You have given me..

I am happy for you. God really works in marvelous ways.
I have my share of adversities that seemed endless and unrelenting. I don't know how to overcome all of it so I asked Him to show me the way.
I guess we will only be able to realize what God has put up for us when we stop complaining and look at situations in an objective way.

Thank you.. yes, God does work in marvelous ways. In ways sometimes we cannot comprehend. Try to look at all the nice things that happen every moment of the day and you will understand and overcome the little disappointments that come by every now and then. =)

i am so glad you can live your life so clearly now. God is always there, i know this, but still i get discouraged and feel so alone. i havent yet reached the level of content as you have, but i hope someday i will be truely happy, and in a place where nothing can slow me down!!
