Rights of a man with a known diagonosed heart condition previously had a stroke   

Actually in this case he got on the wrong side of a crooked judge and others. He was in late 60's had a stroke, could use his left arm and he walked with a cane, and was locked up on kidnapping charges. Then when he reported certain things that is if the information ever did reach where it was supposed to, suddenly they stopped giving him his heart medication. Then when he died they said he died of a heart attack.

For them it was case closed.

This is a really sad story. I wish something would happen with the people takeing his medications away. Its a horrid system thar lets things like this pass

yes it is but as I am learning those who are corrupt will eventually fall. Which hopefully will happen to all those involved.

I am just not sure what steps I should take since this happened in another state. I would like to take file a complaint or something perhaps on federal level since it is a state level crime, but living in a different state I am limited in what I can do.
