If the world was in danger, what would you do to help it?

Ok, lets say that global warming is destroying mother earth. What would you do to stop it from happening? Would you stop littering? Also, if North Korea was threatening to launch a missle to us, what would you do to prevent it? Well...you probaly can't do much, but, what would you "try" to do? Would you give the government more money? Please give your opinion.....
