Why cant my mind stay on one track????
Why does that happen? one minute i'm thinking about a book, n the next i'm wondering about the life of grasshoppers...n the worst thing is i start talking about them too...i've been freaking out everybody i know!!!

Hiya aswan,
My mind can´t stay on track all day because I am a Mom so that means although I am thinking about something now,
the next I have to be thinking about what to do for the dinner and clean the House all that never ending stuff.
That is what makes it so hard for me to settle into anything-
It´s like me writing here right now my mind is partially on what I have to do this afternoon even though I don´t want to give it much thought either that is the truth. I would much rather be out for a long walk because it´s nice and Sunny and after all I think I deserve a break don´t I? Well I do and that´s it (grin).

It's simply a state of attention span. I am also a victim to this. One moment I'm thinking about my work then I just suddenly turn around and my eyes gets distracted with another thing, next thing I know is that I'm focused on that thing for too long.
