Who will win the Nuclear Race. Iran, North Korea, China or India?

There's so much discussion about this program, that I wonder who will be the leader. I left out USA since they currently are the leaders but who knows what China is doing and the technology they have. Do you wonder what will happen to all of us if one person goes mad and fire off those weapons?

China just NOW put a rocket into space, so I'm not scared of them. I'm just afraid of all their human rights violations, but I won't go off on that tangent. Just can't believe the Olympics are being held there. OK,OK, I know I need to stop. So who will win the nuclear arms race? No one will exactly win, but the first person to fire, in my own opinion, will be North Korea, Iran, or Pakistan. I wouldn't put it past Syria, but I think they are letting Iran do their dirty work so they won't have to worry about it.
