Seriously, is a paternity test REALLY neesed for Anna Nicole's daughter??!!

I doin't know about anyone else, but Anna Nicole's baby looks an awful lot like Larry Birkhead. I don't know this guy, he might be a loser or whatever but I imagine he'd be in so much pain every time he sees new photos of this baby that looks exactly like him.
And the fact that he's not allowed to see her and Anna Nicole's boyfriend/husband is taking care of her and is trying to make every one think that he's the father? Poor guy.
Of course I could be wrong yadda yadda but it doesn't take a geniusto figure out who's the dad here. Anyone else agree?

Look doesn't matter. Court has to do legal test. I don't look like my mother or father, but it doesn't proved I am not related to them.
Second, Anna probably told Howard that he is the father. Think how he can feel about it.
This is very complicated now. Plus, maybe she was killed, but I am just guessing.

I totally agree with polachicago. This is not a situation to be taken lightly. This child deserves to be raised by her REAL family. It makes no sense to just give her to the person she looks like. Babies change every day. I heard on the news that Howard K. Stern is saying that the grand-mother will never see the baby as long as he is alive. What kind of crap is that? Even if he is the father, I don't think he should get that baby. From what I have heard, I just don't trust him. I mean, isn't it unethical to be someones lawyer and lover at the same time. Sounds like a conflict of interest to me. And if she had been sick for a few days, how come she was not in a hospital where they could take proper care of her. I think Mr. Stern was a very negative influence in her life and if anyone should be sued, it should be him.

I agree 100% that the baby should be DNA tested. My point here was more about how much dannie looks like Birkhead and it's quite obvious as he has quite a distinctive look.
and yeah I do agree that it's unethical to be someone's lawyer and lover. Although I think towards the end he wasn't her lawyer..is this correct?

I think that a paternity test should be done because Anna Nicole's daughter is her sole heir. With her case still in court over her former husband's estate, this child is worth potentially hundreds of millions of dollars. Of course, there is the chance that she will not receive anything. But I think that her place should be with her "real" father and only a paternity test could be 100% certain of who he might be.
