| |  even though it sounds very odd to hear Madonna say this, considering her earlier years; it is still a good thing.
everyone should strive to better themselves and the world around them...and it sounds like she has taken steps towards doing just that.
someone with her world wide renown and popularity among mid-agers thru pre-teens could have quite an impact.
