How does one choose and add music to his or her Mylot.com home page?

As I peruse many of the excellent home pages of Mylot.com "friends," I've noted music that acts as an audio signature. I would also love to have such music on my page. How does one go about accomplishing this task? I see nothing on Mylot.com's instructional guidelines about the procedure. Plus, for those who have done this, what song did you select and why? Just curious. Thanks for responding!
