what's the best solution for acne?

i have a friend who has acne especially at the back.i don't know what to recommend.i would like to help because i notice that he hardly come with us whenever we have our outing.can you help?

I took my son to the Doctor for it and expecting a miracle pill got told to use green tea. Drink atleast two 8 ounces glasses of green tea. Also there are creams with green tea in it. My son has been doing this for about 2 months and it seems to work. Good luck
