Transplants.

April is Organ Donor Awareness month. I was wondering if anyone on Mylot was a transplant reciepent,waiting for a transplant, or knew anyone on the transplant list? How do you feel about organ donation? Does your religion have anything to do with these feelings? I'm a heart transplant - 10 years out.

i have never really thought about it..i don't know what to do about it..but thanks for bringing it to our attention..it's something now i will contemplate on..cheers for that..

i did not know that, now i learned something new, but the sad story they ban stem cell research now and destory all the records, that which could help alot of people. yet they think it is wrong. i am happy that you got the heart transplant alot of people dont get it in time. and it is sad
